We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, however, we simply ask you to be courteous and give us 72 hours notice.
If we do not receive 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule, your deposit of $100 will be forfeited. Any no-shows will be charged the full service booked, and payment must be made before another appointment can be booked. Similarly if less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged the full service booked.
In some circumstances, mainly peak periods, clients may be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront, the same rules apply if a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment.
Of course, we get that life is busy. Especially with babies and children in tow so we will always be as accommodating as we can when unforeseen circumstances come up.
