OUR POLICY DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER IS THAT WE REQUIRE 2 SALON DAYS' NOTICE
Please note we require 2 salon days' notice for all cancellations.
Bookings cancelled with less than 2 salon days' notice will incur the full cost of the service booked.
A Blow-dry or Cut & Blow-dry must be booked with all colour services.

We understand that things change, and you may be unable to make your appointment. However, we simply ask you to be courteous and give us as much notice as possible.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 salon days' notice or if you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the service booked. We will also require full payment, upfront, for your next appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 salon days' notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 2 salon days' notice, we will credit your deposit towards your next service.
Of course, we get that life is busy, especially with babies and children in tow. We will always be as accommodating as we can when unforeseen circumstances arise.
