Every fortnight we check in on how close you're getting, celebrate what you've achieved, and look at how the salon can help you get there faster.

Commission that adds up
Every monthMonthly commission on top of your wage. That's what you can expect here. Extensions are skilled, high-value work, and our structure is built so you can actually reach it.
Three months of one-on-one training
When you start, you'll train intensively with Renee, a national Great Lengths Educator. You'll be on the floor doing extensions within three months, fully confident in your work.
All Great Lengths training, covered
Every Great Lengths course and certification is paid for, with ongoing training as your skills grow.
Any education you want
A visiting international stylist? A brand masterclass? If it grows your skills and you want to be there, we'll pay for it. You work hard, so we invest in you.
Four days on, three days off
Give it your best Tuesday to Friday, then switch off. Saturday to Monday is for your partner, your friends and the life you're building.
Room to keep growing
Specialise, mentor, lead. As your skills grow, so does your role, with a clear path for stylists who want to go further. Plus cost-price products and dedicated education days.

A note from Renee
I know this is a big decision.
Many of the stylists I speak with have been in the same salon for years. They're loyal, they're incredibly good at what they do, and the thought of leaving feels heavy. I understand that completely.

Will my current salon find out?
No. Your enquiry goes straight to Renee's personal inbox and is never shared. We don't contact current employers, and references are only ever discussed with your permission, much later on.
Do I need hair extension experience?
No. Strong colour and blonde skills matter most. You'll do three months of intensive one-on-one training with Renee and be on the floor doing extensions within that time.
What are the hours?
The salon is open Tuesday to Friday, with later appointments on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. We'll talk through what your week would look like. Saturday to Monday is yours.
How does commission work?
Commission is paid on top of your wage, and our structure is designed to be reached, not chased. Renee will take you through the full numbers in your first conversation.
