The pH value 3.2 smooths the cuticle layer of the hair, for shiny, soft extensions.

USAGE: Anti-Tap is a concentrate and will require dilution: Soft Water (AU): 3 drops Anti-Tap Water in clear refill. Fill remainder of bottle with water to top. Apply into damp hair after shampooing and conditioning. Leave in.
